What is the difference between a Liberty Pass and a Full Pass?

The Liberty Pass covers a minimum of 10 regular home games played at the Liberty Stadium. The Full Pass covers all Ospreys regular home games for the 2019/20 season, both at the Liberty Stadium and within the region should we choose to play at a club ground within the region.

I have a query about renewing my seat?

If you have a query specifically related to your membership account or seat and need to speak to a member of our Ticket Office, please contact them directly via 01792 616400.

When must I renew my seat by?

In order for us to guarantee your current seat for the next season you must without fail renew before 4th June 2019, 5pm. As of the 5th June 2019, all seats that have not been reclaimed will be released on public sale.

If I renew this year but take up the Liberty Pass can I get the merch offer too?

No, the £20 merchandise voucher is only valid on the full season pass renewal before 27th April 2019, 4pm.

What is the merch offer?

The merch offer is a £20 Canterbury/Ospreys voucher than can be redeemed instore only at the Liberty Stadium shop. The voucher must be used before 31st May 2019 5pm. The voucher will be available for collection or use 72hrs post purchase.

How do I get my voucher?

Your voucher will be available to collect from the Liberty Stadium Shop 48hrs post purchase.

Do I get a new season member card?

Yes – because of the introduction of a new membership type new cards will be distributed so that there is a clear point of difference.

I understand that Finance is now available what is this and how does it work?

Supporters wishing to renew their season ticket can now spread the cost over 4 or 10 months with our new payment plan with Zebra Finance, available from Friday 29th March 2019. For an extra 9.5% (admin fee) you can spread the cost of your season ticket. This year, supporters can also bundle up extra items at the same time as purchasing their season ticket online – and can form part of your overall finance package. There is no interest (0%) charged on top of the admin fees.

Parking – what options are available this year?

There are two seasonal parking options for supporters:

1. Liberty Stadium for £140

2. Landore Park and Walk SA1 2JT (approx. 10mins walk) for £80.

What is a ‘PLUS Bolt on’?

A plus bolt on is a bolt on to which ever membership you desire, which adds added benefits like increased retail discount, 2 player events and increased discount on additional match tickets

If you bought a standard seat and bought the plus as well – you become a standard plus member same with premium or U16.

Supporters with Disabilities

Disabled supporters who are registered at the higher level of disability, when purchasing a season ticket for themselves, are entitled to secure (upon request) a complimentary season ticket for their carer. Proof of such disability will be required by the Ticket Office.

Can I buy a pass just for my 15 year old?

Under 16s must be are accompanied by a full paying parent/guardian.

What age is classified as a Young Person?

16-18 years.

What age is classified as a Senior Citizen?

65 years and over.

I have previously been a season member but lapsed – do I count as a renewal or a new entry price?

Renewal discount will be given to all previous Season Members who renew their 2019/20 Membership before Tuesday 4th June 2019, 5pm. But the renewal price will be allocated to your email and details we have on file. If you have been a season member but have changed your details we suggest contacting the ticket office in person or over the phone.

I received a letter to migrate my seat for the 2019/20 season.

All 2018/19 Season Members who have been contacted personally to migrate their seats from the outer fringes into a more centralised location can choose a new seat during the renewal window of 27th April 2019 – 4th June 2019 at the stated renewal price.

If once the renewal period closes new seats are released, those who have relocated can contact the Ticket Office and relocate their seat again at no extra cost, as long as the new seat is within the same seat banding category.

What do I do if I lose my new card?

In the event of a Season Membership card or ticket being lost or stolen, the season member shall inform the club immediately.

A replacement Season Membership card or ticket (if requested) will be provided by the club (at its absolute discretion) at a cost of £20 (inclusive of postage & packaging, if relevant).

Liberty Stadium Pass – what is it?

The Liberty Stadium pass is a new category of Season Membership for the 2019/20 Season.

The LSP permits holders of the pass access to and limited to home fixtures held at the Liberty Stadium. If The Club decides to play home matches at an alternative venue to the Liberty Stadium access with the LSP is not permitted. The Club does guarantee that the minimum number of fixtures of 10 games will be played at the Liberty Stadium.

I want to keep my seat but change to a Liberty Pass – how do I do this?

Season Members who hold a 2018/19 Season Membership will be able to purchase a LSP – but in order to purchase a LSP the Plus ‘Bolt On’ will need to be added to your basket aswell.

If I am a season member now but I want to move seats will I still keep the renewal price?

Yes you will, but you will need to contact the Ticket Office in person at the Liberty Stadium Ticket Office or on the phone 01792 616400.

If I am a season member now but I want to move seats and purchase the Liberty Stadium Pass will I keep the renewal price?

If you are a current 2018/19 Season Members who wants to move seats and purchase a LSP this can be done online via the Ospreys Ticketing System, in person or over the phone.

If I buy a Liberty pass how do I know what seat I will be in for every game?

The seat chosen will be the same seat for all home fixtures.

Contacting me – how will the Ospreys do that?

The Ospreys will comply with the Data Protection Act 2018. All Members ‘opted out’ will only receive Service Emails to notify of a fixture date or time etc. If Members wish to stay communicated to on all aspects/offers of the Membership the Member must be opted in. The onus is on the Member to ensure their contact information is correct and they are aware of their opt in status.

Finance option how does this work?

The Club has signed an agreement with Zebra finance allowing Members to spread the cost over 4 or 10 months with our new payment plan that will be operated by Zebra Finance. For an extra 9.5% (admin fee) you can spread the cost of your season ticket. There is no interest (0%) charged on top of the admin fees.

If a Member decides to take up the finance option, this will be a direct personal legal agreement between the purchaser and Zebra finance as third-party operator separate from The Club.
